JUNE 6, 1977 5 1 <br /> 8.1 Railroad Crossing <br /> Mr. Tschida is to supply a detailed drawing in relation to the crossing, and the <br /> application will have to be submitted by the city. It will take 6 months to get the <br /> crossing, and 12 months to get warning lights. The extimated coat of the project is <br /> $10,000. Suburban Engineering is preparing a package for Mr. Tschida for him to present <br /> to the Council. Mr. Kuusisto will check with Gordon Bolt for more details. <br /> 9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> 9.1 Carl Nordquist — Lions Club <br /> Mr. Nordquist was present questioning where the Lions Club stood with the city in <br /> regard to their building on the City's property. LaValle stated that permission was <br /> given to construct the building on the premise that it would be dedicated to the city. <br /> The way to handle the matter is dedicate the building to the city, and the city in turn <br /> would lease to the Lions Club, giving them complete control, and making them responsible. <br /> 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Washington County Highway Departkent sent a letter stating that according to the past <br /> accident reports, there is no need for lights on County Road 4 and Highway 61. More <br /> discussion is needed with Anoka Cooperative to find out their ground rules. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to adjourn at 10:50 P.M. <br /> All aye.
