JUNE 20, 1977 53 <br /> 5.7 Norman Horton - Auto Dismantling License <br /> Mr. Horton was present and stated that he has met the conditions of the Special Use <br /> Permit. The tires have been removed, and he will be submitting new fire lane maps. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the Special Use Permit <br /> for auto dismantling license be granted to Norman Horton, 16705 Forest <br /> Boulevard, subject to the following; <br /> 1. Conditions as listed in the Special Use Permit <br /> 2. That the tires not be piled along the southerly property line <br /> 3. That the fire lanes be in existence in accordance with the fire <br /> map as submitted by Norman Horton. <br /> 4. Subject to current bond. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.8 Metro Sewer Interceptor - Centerville Application <br /> Mr. Ray Payne was present to answer questions regarding the application. The city re- <br /> quested that a letter of credit, $25,000, come from the Metro Waste Control Commission, <br /> rather than the contractor. LaValle will check with Charles Johnson to verify. Mr. Payne <br /> stated that Hugo will be notified of any connections made to the force main. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of Hugo grant <br /> a permit for construction of the Centerville interceptor Project 76-51 <br /> subject to the review of the attorney and incorporation of any final <br /> terms that the engineer may have. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.9 Fischer Construction - Amended Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Gene Fischer and Ray Winkel were present stating that they wish to set up a hot-mix <br /> plant a; the mining site. LaValle felt the hot-mix plant would be a permitted use. He <br /> suggested that Fischer be present at the Planning Commisssion meeting of June 22, stating <br /> exactly what Fischer's plan were, alongwith PCA's permit number, and what is to be done <br /> on Irish Avenue. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> No discussion. <br /> 7.0 UNFINSHEED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Clark McDernaid - Beisanc (Cancelled) <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> The letter of credit in the amount of $2,000 issued to Hugo Auto & Body for blacktopping <br /> their parking lot will expire on July 1, 1977. LaValle stated he will need authority to <br /> draw on the letter of credit if work is not completed by July 1, 1977. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the letter of credit be drawn <br /> on if the blacktopping work is not completed by July 1, 1977. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Bramstedt Complaint - Mr. Dale Palmer was issued a citation for violation of the nuisance <br /> ordinance. This citation was issued incorrectly, because Mr. Palmer was to be called to <br /> a meeting before any such action could be taken. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that we instruct Chief Barth <br /> to write a letter of dismissal for the citation to Dale Palmer. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that we request Mr. Dale <br /> Palmer to be present at the next City Council meeting, July 5, 1977, <br /> to discuss his violation of Ordinance 200-4, paragraph 17, of the Hugo <br /> City Code. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Berwald Roofing submitted a proposal to repair the roof of City Hall for price not to <br /> exceed $200.00. <br />
