AUGUST 1, 1977 67 <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City Council <br /> direct Howard Schletty to direct the maintenance supervisor to <br /> file weekly written reports to him to facilitate him reporting <br /> to the City Council. Such reports to include a summary of the activities <br /> of the entire maintenance force for the week, and to list those trips <br /> for which mileage and expenses are claimed from the city. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The city has received a proposal from Tag Asphalt Company to complete work on Linda <br /> Houle's driveway (18 x 30 plus turns, 4" buildup and 2" mat). <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that we accept the pro— <br /> posal bid from Tag Asphalt for Linda Houle's driveway, as per agree— <br /> ment made when we improved Elmcrest Avenue, in the amount of $375.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 10:40 PM. <br /> All aye.
