SEPTEMBER 19, 1977 8 J <br /> 5.4 Lake Sanitation - Renewal of rubbish license <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to grant a license <br /> for the collection of garbage and rubbish to Lake Sanitation, <br /> for a fee of $50.00 under Chapter 120 of the Hugo City Code. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Howard Meline - Application for liquor license <br /> Mr. Meline is purchasing Nitti's, with a closing date of November 1, 1977. The Articles <br /> of Incorporation have to be on file before the Council can act. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table the Howard <br /> Meline liquor license matter until the Articles Of Incorporation <br /> are reviewed by the City Attorney. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 White Bear Rod & Gun Club - On-Sale non-intoxicating. cigarette. and soft drink <br /> license <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to grant an On-Sale <br /> Non-Intoxicating Liquor, Cigarette, and Soft Drink License to <br /> the White Bear Rod & Gun Club for a fee of $43.32. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.7 Thomas Frampton - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Frampton is purchasing 30 acres from Reynold Arcand, and would like to build a <br /> greenipuse and sell nursery stock from'.the premises. LaValle inquired if Mr. Frampton <br /> had proof of ownership, and he replied that purchase depends on whether or not he could <br /> get a Special Use Permit. He had a copy of the earnest money contract at the Planning <br /> Commission meeting of September 14, 1977, but no-record of that was on file. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a Special <br /> Use Permit to Thomas Frampton in concurrence with request <br /> 1977-26-SUP, subject to the following: <br /> 1. Special Use Permit shall be null and void unless Mr. Frampton <br /> consummates purchase of the affected property no later than <br /> December 1, 1977. <br /> 2. The first greenhouse structure to be built of an aluminum <br /> frame material, concrete footing, and that the building <br /> be covered entirely with rigid type material. <br /> 3. The second greenhouse may be of a poly type material. <br />
