86 4. At no time subsequent to the construction of the first • <br /> greenhouse will there be more than one greenhouse constructed <br /> of poly type material. <br /> 5. This does not prohibit using poly type material over rigid <br /> material for an insulation value. <br /> 6. The commercial endeavor shall be restricted to the sale of <br /> grown products, and auxiliary supplies, excluding those <br /> commercial chemical preparation and excluding mechanical im— <br /> plements. <br /> 7. Construction of a lath house shall be permitted provided such <br /> house shall not exceed 50' x 50'. <br /> 8. 6" well will be subject to a DNR permit. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> BIDS FOR WATERMAIN EXTENSTION ( 147th Street) WERE OPENED AT 7:38 PM. FOR PROJECT 77-29. <br /> Engineer Kuusisto proceeded to read the following bids submitted for Project 77-29: <br /> McLean Construction Company — $14,900.00 <br /> LaValle Excavating — $12,325.52 <br /> Walhunt Construction, Inc. — 5$15,783.72 <br /> E. Montgomery Construction — $16,305.00 <br /> Engineer Kuusisto wanted to review the bids, and would report later on in the meeting. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the bids for <br /> the watermain Project 77-29 be given to City Engineer for review <br /> and tabulation. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.8 Shepherd of the Fields Church — Special Use Permit to construct a si€n on railroad <br /> right—of-sway <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the request provided that the church <br /> eliminate certain lines from the proposed sign. These lines would change the sign to <br /> an advertisement rather than informational. LaValle stated that an advertising sign <br /> is only permitted when constructed on the property. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the matter <br /> of Shepherd of the Field's request for Special Use Permit for <br /> a sign be laid over until approval by the railroad is filed with <br /> the City Clerk. <br />
