SEPTEMBER 19, 1977 9 i- <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to extend the <br /> meeting past 11:00 PM. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> ' MOTION CARRIED <br /> The letter to Crever also asked whether there was any construction being done at the <br /> Bald Eagle Sportsman Club. Mr. Crever stated that the gates were locked, and he wasn't <br /> Going to trespass. Chief Barth stated that he had a key to the club, and he would be willing <br /> to take Mr. Crever in there. <br /> LaValle scheduled a Special Meeting to discuss the City Budget for September 23, 1977, <br /> at 7:00 PM. <br /> There will be a meeting at Washington County, September 28, 1977, at 10:00 AM, regarding <br /> the petition from the Police Department to join the Teamster Union. <br /> Attorney Johnson has reviewed the land registration for Wilfrid Riopel with the City <br /> Engineer. It does not appear that the roadway mentioned in the registration proceeding <br /> is involved with either the road system for the City of Hugo, or in the drainage system <br /> for the City of Hugo. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City <br /> Attorney be directed to respond to Wilfrid Riopel's attorney, <br /> • in the respect that the City of Hugo does not have any objection. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Engineer Kuusisto stated that the documents regarding the watermain extension Project <br /> 77-29 be signed after the attorney's review. The city is to hold the three low bids, <br /> and send E. Montgomery Construction bid back to them. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the Mayor <br /> and City Clerk be directed to sign the contract with LaValle <br /> Excavating for the watermain Project 77-29. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> ABSTAINED: LaValle <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to adjourn at 11;27 PM. <br /> All aye.
