All top soil in the pit area shall be stockpiled, and at <br /> the time the operation is completed, the top soil shall be <br /> replaced and seeded to grass cover. <br /> 7. Sewer facilities shall be of the portable, chemical holding <br /> tank type. <br /> 8. Updated contour map to be provided to City Engineer. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 Howard Meline - Liquor License <br /> Mr. Meline provided a certified copy of his articles of incorporation for the record. <br /> Everything else is in order. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that we approve the <br /> applications for an OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE, ON <br /> SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE, ON SALE SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE, <br /> CIGARETTE LICENSE, AND A SOFT DRINK LICENSE to Howard Meline, <br /> Melody Lounge, Inc., subject to the correction of the defects <br /> in signatures on the applications. Total amount of licenses <br /> paid is $390.34. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.1 Richard Schmidt - Liquor License (Nashville North) <br /> City Attorney, Johnson, stated that the structure is not usable at this time, and Mr. <br /> Schmidt responded that they have a commitment to have the repairs made to the roof, <br /> electrical and plumbing as needed. The Schmidts' do not want to invest any money in <br /> the structure A they cannot get a liquor license. It was recommended to them to have <br /> the Building Inspector look over the improvements, and file a report at City Hall. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that we except the <br /> application by the Schmidts' as a valid application for the now <br /> vacant liquor license in the city, and shall be considered as <br /> • <br /> the first filing in case of subsequent filings for a period of <br /> 90 days, and that subsequent applications will be considered in <br /> order of filing during that 90 day period. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br />
