106 <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.2 Raymond Olson — Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Olson would like to build a 3—car garage prior to the construction of his home <br /> in the spring of 1978. Mr. Olson provided the city with an irrevocable letter of <br /> credit in the amount of $5,000.00 and proof of of tership. The deed has been sent <br /> to Washington County for recording. Mr. Olson also applied for a Mobile Home Permit <br /> to be renewed every 90 days. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a Special <br /> Use Permit to Raymond Olson to construct a 3-car garage at 132nd <br /> and Homestead subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That construction of Mr. Olson's house begin no later than <br /> June 1, 1978. <br /> 2. The irrevocable letter of credit ($5,000.00) to be released <br /> when a Building Permit for a residence is obtained. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the request <br /> for a Mobile Home Permit to Raymond Olson, under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision D, for 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> RECESSED 8:25 PM RECONVENED 8:45 PM <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to adopt RESOLUTION 1977-19, <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY TRANSMITTING THE ATTACHED <br /> APPLICATION FOR A LOCAL PLANNING ASSESTANCE 1RANT AS PER THE <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL ADOPTED GUIDELINES FOR THE APPLICATION, <br /> AWARD AND DISBURSEMENT OF SAID FUNDS AS AUTHORIZED BY PROVISIONS <br /> OF THE METROPOLITAN LAND PLANNING ACT ADOPTED BY THE STATE <br /> LEGISLATURE. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Recommendation from Planning Commission regarding commercial/recreation activities <br /> in Ag and Cons Districts <br /> The Planning Commission recommended that the Zoning Ordinance stand as is, and the <br /> activities to be handled by Special Use Permit. <br />
