<br /> Tom Craver stated that Mr. Wright constructed a garage on his property without a permit,
<br /> and that he was aware that he did need one. Per the Planning Commission, Mr. Wright was
<br /> to provide the city with an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $5000.00,
<br /> which he has failed to do.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table the request until
<br /> the meeting of December 5, 1977. Clerk to write letter to Mr. Wright
<br /> telling him to appear at that meeting. He is to have ready his
<br /> letter of credit.

<br /> 5.6 White Bear Rod & Gun Club — Filling of Rice Lake
<br /> LaValle received the application from the Department of Natural Resources some time in
<br /> October. Originally, the city had 15 days to act on the application, but was given an
<br /> extension of 45 days. The gun club would like to fill some wetland with sand to recover
<br /> lead.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to give application to
<br /> city engineer and Planning Commission for their review.
