FEBRUARY 6, 1978 <br /> ti <br /> 5.1 Paul Curtis - Workman's Compensation Con't. <br /> a 71 .6% rate increase. He will get a price quotation from Home Insurance, <br /> and if they do not have a competitive bid, the city will have to go with <br /> an assigned risk insurance company. The city is covered by Home Insurance <br /> until June 6, 1978. Some time in April, Mr. Curtis will get the cost <br /> estimates to the city clerk. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City of <br /> Hugo continue workman's compensation with the Home Insurance <br /> Company until June 6, 1978. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 LeRoy McCullough - Extension of Time on Request for Rezoning <br /> Let the record show that Mr. McCullough was present at the Meeting asking <br /> for the extension of time for his rezoning request. Mr. McCullough has been <br /> unable to contact Mr. Schlilling to get his signature for the rezoning. <br /> The Schlillings' own a piece of property that was incorrectly registered <br /> at Washington County, and has to be included in the request. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City <br /> Council extend the time limit on rezoning request for a <br /> period of 60 days, in accordance with the applicant's <br /> request. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 Raymond Olson - Mobile Home Renewal <br /> Mr. Olson was present and stated that he had all the information needed <br /> for applying for a Building Permit except the energy proposal. Mr. Olson <br /> was concerned that he would have to pay for another permit if he could <br /> not start construction of his home in 60 days. Mr. Crever stated that he <br /> could give an extension of time. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that Mr. Raymond <br /> Olson's Mobile Home Permit be extended for the balance <br /> of 90 days as requested. The permit isnot to be renewed <br /> without the filing of a valid Building Permit. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Dick Aplikowski - Mobile Home Park <br /> The Mayor received a letter from Mr. Aplikowski stating his interest in <br /> establishing a mobile home park north of Hugo, and the availablility of <br /> sewer and water. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City <br /> Clerk be instructed to write a letter to Mr. Aplikowski <br /> telling him that there is no sewer and water in the area <br /> described. He should contact City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto, <br />
