The city does not feel it is in a position to inter— <br /> pet title documents. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Planning <br /> Commission be instructed, for purpose of preliminary plan <br /> only, that a purchase agreement amending a current title <br /> opinion can be acceptable. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of <br /> Hugo will discontinueits agreement with 3M to service the <br /> copy machine. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Larry Irsfeld presented some new figures regarding the public hearing <br /> for abolishing the rural taxing district. The City Clerk will review figures <br /> for incorporation into new charts. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the City <br /> Council will hold a special meeting of February 15, 1978, <br /> at 5:30 PM, to discuss further negotiations for a police <br /> contract. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The City Clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Paul Curtis, Beulke Agency, <br /> regarding the fire insurance rating for the City of Hugo. Is there any <br /> difference in rates for distances from the Fire Hall? <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to adjourn at <br /> 11 :03 PM. <br /> All aye.
