Mr. Johnson was instructed to try <br /> and resolve the Brevig/Vail dike dispute. The Stewart Bogart nuisance Viola- <br /> tion was again discussed. The matter, at this point, is still open. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, directing the City <br /> Clerk to proceed with the proper requirements for nuisance <br /> abatement to solve the problem at 7607 128th Street. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Sptizer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> A hearing was rescheduled for April 5th regarding the power line easement <br /> in Hugo. There is a discrepancy as to the legal owner of the easement in <br /> question. The city would like the easement kept on the section so that <br /> the property can be serviced on both sides. Mr. Johnson will negotiate <br /> with NSP regarding this matter. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the meeting be <br /> extended passed 11 :00 PM. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> No discussion. <br /> 8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 8.1 Screening - Salvage Yards <br /> Mr. Kuusisto had discussed this matter with Mike Gillen and structural <br /> engineets. Kuusisto submitted a letter stating the city's position re- <br /> garding the new proposal. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of <br /> Hugo has reviewed the proposed preliminary construction <br /> plans (Project 319 S.P. 8206-20, 8206-21 (T.H.61 ) , and <br /> are enclosing a copy of our engineer's letter stating the <br /> questions to be considered to have incorporated into their <br /> plans. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> No discussion <br />
