<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the
<br /> minutes of April 3, 1978, as presented.

<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the
<br /> minutes of April 10, 1978, as presented.

<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve tle
<br /> General Claims of April 17, 1978, as presented.

<br /> Utility Claims of April 17, 1978, as presented.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Ray Olson — Mobile Home Renewal
<br /> The Building Inspector has Mr. Olson's application, and it has been
<br /> approved.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to renew the
<br /> Mobile Home Permit for Raymond Olson, 7800 132nd Street
<br /> North, under Chapter 40, Article III, for a period of 90
<br /> days.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 James Johnson — Mobile Home Renewal
<br /> Mr. Johnson informed City Hall that his mobile home has been sold, and that
<br /> it will be removed from the property by May 1 , 1978.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the mobile
<br /> home permit for James Johnson 7194 132nd Street, under Chapter
<br /> 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for 90 days.
