The land is <br /> zoned RRI. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Farm <br /> Site Plan of Raymond Pribnow, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.7 Howard Moe - Recalculate footage <br /> Water Superintendent, Mr. Burkard, recalculated the figures and determined <br /> that the assessment was correct at 300' . <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to certify the <br /> assessment for Project 77-29 at $9.00 per foot, as submitted by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the assessment <br /> be certified after 30 days for a term of five (5) years at <br /> 8% interest. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
