<br />recommended from Washington County, and is presently certified.
<br />Mr. Langer is presently assessor for Scandia To%Am-.shi*p,
<br />MOTION*, Irsfled made motion, seconded bir Vail, that the City of Hugo
<br />hire N -,r. Langer as the city's assessor in 1979, and that
<br />Ed Leroux will assist him.
