<br />ninety days.

<br />requesting approval to divide approximately 42 acres into 4 parcels of
<br />approximately 10 acres each. The land is zoned Agriculture. Spitzer determin—
<br />ed that no proof of ownership was provided, and would be required before
<br />approval could be grant -ed,

<br />approve the land division f --or IT . Lay Neeser with the provisiol
<br />that the City Cler?k: not to issue such approval until adequate
<br />proof of ownership, as approved by the City PLttorney, can be
