The City Council had agreed to changing the <br />terminology of Item 17, as stated in the minutes of the meeting of June 5. <br />1978; however, they were not changed on the copy sent to the club. After the <br />correction is made, the club will sign the permit, and obtain the bond as <br />requested. <br />MOTION; Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, that the Bald <br />Eagle Sportsman, be authorized to operate under the terms <br />the Special Use Permit until July 3, 1978, at which time <br />permit will be signed and the bond supplied to the city. <br />0 <br />VOTING FOR, LaValle, Spitzer, and Schletty <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT CLAIMS <br />The Council discussed the Glen Reimer claim of June 19. Barth stated that <br />Reimer had signed a citation in January, and was required to appear in court <br />The full time officers have now been instructed to sign all citations, <br />M:r-. Paul Wiessner Western Life Agent <br />Mr. Wiessner was present, lmd supplied the appropriate program he had worked <br />out regarding long term disability insurance for the Police Department. <br />0 <br />MOTION.
