They <br />worked out a simple contract stating that so long as they have a total of 26 <br />acres the city would go along with the usagb. If they lost access of the 14 <br />acres, they would only be allowed to retain a maxium of 12 horses owned or <br />boarded, The Kings' agreed with these conditions. The contract would run for <br />a term of seven years. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the attorni <br />be authorized to draw up a contract between Thomas King an( <br />the City of Hugo stating that so long as they have a total <br />of 26 acres, the city would go along with the usage.
