The Police Department is instructed to photograph the <br />Buschmann property on the morning of September 6, 1978. <br />2. Mr. Buschmann is to be notified that the city is herby <br />ordering the nuisance materials to be removed from his <br />property on September 20, 1978, unless Mr. Buschmann <br />causes them to be removed before that time. <br />3. The City Council requests Chief Barth <br />to discuss compliance with the Council's previous directive that the squad <br />car be operated within the city limits unless under unusual circumstances. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to accept the <br />Police Chidf's report. <br />VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Attorney <br />Mr. Johnson submitted his monthy report. The Flood Plain Ordinance was again <br />discussed. Spitzer officially requested Mr. Johnson to review the ordinance <br />and bring into a form that can be adopted as an amendment to the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />Councilman Vail asked that Mr. Johnson get an opinion on the effect of <br />death between retirement from the Fire Department and the age of 50, and <br />a widow's benefits. <br />
