Mr. Kuusisto is under the direction of the City Council, and is in- <br />to ask for a letter of credit unless other arrangements are made by Grace <br />Development with the City Council. <br />6.9 Clerk <br />complaint from Mrs. Delmer Strandberg, regarding loss of chickens, on her <br />property, was referred to Mr. Johnson for his review. <br />MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City of Hugo <br />accept the contract from Anderson & Johnson, Inc., for the <br />auditing of the city's books for 1978, and the changing of th <br />city's books to the acrual system for the year 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />clerk stated that Washington County's Planning Department has discussed <br />the possibility of the Planning Advisor Commission's sponsoring a one day <br />mini -planning conference for local government officials and planning comm- <br />issions. Spitzer istructed the clerk to send a letter to Washington County <br />stating that the City of Hugo supports their proposal and will attempt to <br />have a representative at the convention. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a Special <br />Meeting for September 13, 1978, at 5:30 PM, to discuss the <br />budget for 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail <br />U._iv AVUQs VQMMX_Utiee — 1%e orti zrom 0cnletiti vn Z'ilmcresti Avenue <br />Councilman Schletty has spoken to Lino Lakes, and they have agreed to load <br />haul, and spread the gravel on Elmcrest Avenue, South of 170th Street. Work <br />should be started by 10/1/78.
