MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City of Hugo accept the contract from Anderson & Johnson, Inc., for the auditing of the city's books for 1978, and the changing of th city's books to the acrual system for the year 1979. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail MOTION CARRIED clerk stated that Washington County's Planning Department has discussed the possibility of the Planning Advisor Commission's sponsoring a one day mini -planning conference for local government officials and planning comm- issions. Spitzer istructed the clerk to send a letter to Washington County stating that the City of Hugo supports their proposal and will attempt to have a representative at the convention. MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a Special Meeting for September 13, 1978, at 5:30 PM, to discuss the budget for 1979.
