NOVEMBER 20, 1978 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL 7 1
<br />The meeting was called to order by acting Mayor, Dan Spitzer, at 7:02.PM.
<br />PRESENT: Spitzer, schletty, irsfeld and Vail - Mayor LaValle arrived just
<br />after the roll call was made.
<br />3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes
<br />of November 6, 1978, after making the following change:

<br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
<br />MOTION CARRIED
<br />MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes
<br />of November 13, 1978, after the following change is made:
<br />Page 1 (1st paragraph) - established so that info will be
<br />easily accessible

<br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the
<br />General Claims for November 20, 1978, as submitted.

<br />MOTION CARRIED
<br />MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Utility
<br />Claims for November 20, 1978, deleting Item 2, in the amount
<br />of $1122.88.

<br />5.0 PETITIONS_ , REQUESTSCOMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br />5.3 Richard Busse - Pere Tests
<br />Mr. Busse.is interested in obtaining building sites on his property in
<br />exchange for an easement for the extension of Ingersoll Avenue. Mr. Busse
<br />presented copies of two perc tests for possible building sites. LaValle
<br />had instructed Kuusisto to meet with.Busse's engineer=to try and solve
<br />the problem. At this point, we are looking for approval of concept only.
<br />The matter would have to go before the Planning Commission first. A
<br />mutually agreed upon realignment of the road is necessary, along with an
<br />application for rezoning and a preliminary plan.
<br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, directing Howard
<br />Kuusisto to meet with Mr. Busse's engineer to work out a
<br />mutually acceptable road alignment plan. Stakes should
<br />be established indicating property lines to where we could
<br />possibly move the road to the west. A report is to be made
<br />at the meeting of 12/4/78.
