<br />job as Water Maintenance Man and Utility Maintenance Man be
<br />expanded to include duties of sewer maintenance and addition-
<br />al stipend of $300.00/month, including all vehicle charges.
<br />Mr. ?Misner is to obtain the necessary certification that
<br />is required by the City of Hugo to maintain the lift
<br />stations and attend the schools necessary for certifica
<br />tion, if they concur with his work schedule.

<br />5.2 Off Sale Liquor Licenses - Melodv Lounge and Carpenter's
<br />Mr. Swan Anderson was present, and stated that he should have his financial
<br />matters in order by 12/21 - 22/78. Mr. Johnson stated that the Council
<br />could act on the licenses so long as it was understood that if Mr.
<br />Anderson's financial matters were not in order by.December 31, 1978,
<br />no licenses could be issued.
<br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the following
<br />licenses be granted to Swan Anderson, CARPENTER'S, 14559
<br />Forest Blvd., Hugo, Minnesota: Off Sale Non -Intoxicating
<br />Liquor, Cigarette, Soft Drink, and Billiard Licenses, in
<br />the amount of $1,837.00. The Mayor and City Clerk are
<br />hereby authorized to transmit the appropriate applications
<br />to the Liquor Control Commission assuming all outstanding
<br />conditions are met on, or before, December 29, 1978. An
<br />Off Sale Intoxicating License is also to be issued.

<br />Sale Intoxicating, On Sale Sunday Liquor, Cigarette, and
<br />Soft Drink Licenses, in the amount of $1,817.00.

<br />Billiard Licenses, in the amount of $1,722.00.

<br />The Police Department should cite this establishment if there are any
<br />future violations.
