The Planning Commission recommended approval, but acted on a Site Plan <br /> Approval rather than an Amended Special Use Permit, <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Amended <br /> Special Use Permit for Safeway House Movers, to move in and set perm- <br /> anently a 24" x 60' building to be -used for cold storage relating to <br /> the business. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Sempel has plans of moving in more buildings, and he was instructed to draw up <br /> a site plan indicating what his plans are for the property. <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee <br /> Attorney Johnson suggested that a joint meeting be held to discuss the proposed Sub- <br /> division Ordinance, <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to have a Special Meeting of <br /> the Hugo City Council, in conjunction with the Ordinance Committee, for <br /> January 17, 1979, at 7:00 PM, to discuss the proposed Subdivision <br /> Ordinance, <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission <br /> McAllister stated that the Planning Commission is exploring the possibility of incor- <br /> porating watchman's quarters into the ordinance. Spitzer stated that a definition of <br /> "watchman's quarter's" could not be agreed upon, and that it could become an apart- <br /> ment. The ordinance could be changed by allowing a- special Use Permit. <br />
