McAllister discussed the Massa property <br /> with the Council. It was determined that there are two lots in existence (A and B). <br /> There is no application needed for a subdivision. He stated that Paul Salmon, PAUL'S PIZZA, will <br /> install the panic device on the rear door. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, sesonded by Schletty, that the Building Inspector be <br /> directed to notify Paul Salmon of Paul's Pizza that he is to install the <br /> panic device on the rear door of his building within 30 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Crever stated that Schmidty's 61 Club has failed to install the fire door as required. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City Clerk be directed <br /> to send a registered letter to Schmidty's 61 Club stating that their letter <br /> of credit guarantying all conditions of their Special Use Permit, that, <br /> in fact, unless all requirements of the Building Inspector and State Fire <br /> Marshall are met, they do not have a Special Use Permit. We would consider <br /> granting an extension of the letter of credit for six (6) months for the <br /> parking and screening, and thirty (30) days for the requirements of the <br /> Building Inspector and State Fire Marshall. Unless conditions are met, <br /> your Special Use Permit is null and void, and you could be ordered to <br /> close, and the letter of credit could be forfeited. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />
