LaValle stated that Schmidt would have <br /> to apply for an AMENDED Special Use Permit, and should be done prior to <br /> the expiration date of his letter of credit. <br /> 5.2 David Hunt - Sewer Violation <br /> Mr. George DaBruzzi has obtained his bond and certificate of insurance <br /> to install sewer in the city. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City <br /> Clerk contact Mr. Hunt stating that the outside permit must <br /> be applied for by Mr. DaBruzzi for David Hunt. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 Rav Olson - Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to renew the Mobile <br /> Home Permit for Raymond Olson, 7800 132nd Street North, <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, For a period <br /> of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 John Iverson - Minor Subdivision <br /> Charles Bartholdi, Attorney for Mr. Iverson, stated that Noel Scherer <br /> owns 17A north of the Iverson property. Approximately three years ago, <br /> Mr. Scherer built his house - Miller & Carley surveyed the land. They <br /> showed the quarter section line south of where the line actually is, and <br /> have admitted their error. Mr. Iverson is willing to convey .02A to Mr. <br /> Scherer to correct the problem, and all parties are in compliance. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the <br /> Minor Subdivision for John Iverson with the understanding <br /> that the deed will have a restrictive covenant in regard <br /> to future buildings on the property, and that any future <br /> deed, when the land is conveyed to another party, the two <br /> parcels become one under one deed. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> No discussion. <br />
