111 JANUARY 1 & 1979 Schmidtv's continued Mr. Schmidt inquired as to the possibility of not placing the boards along his fencing. He said that snowplowing would not be possible if they were installed. Mr. Peltier has granted Schmidty's permission to use his land for parking. LaValle stated that Schmidt would have to apply for an AMENDED Special Use Permit, and should be done prior to the expiration date of his letter of credit. 5.2 David Hunt - Sewer Violation Mr. George DaBruzzi has obtained his bond and certificate of insurance to install sewer in the city. MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City Clerk contact Mr. Hunt stating that the outside permit must be applied for by Mr. DaBruzzi for David Hunt. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.3 Rav Olson - Mobile Home Permit MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for Raymond Olson, 7800 132nd Street North, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, For a period of 90 days. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.4 John Iverson - Minor Subdivision Charles Bartholdi, Attorney for Mr. Iverson, stated that Noel Scherer owns 17A north of the Iverson property. Approximately three years ago, Mr. Scherer built his house - Miller & Carley surveyed the land. They showed the quarter section line south of where the line actually is, and have admitted their error. Mr. Iverson is willing to convey .02A to Mr. Scherer to correct the problem, and all parties are in compliance. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Minor Subdivision for John Iverson with the understanding that the deed will have a restrictive covenant in regard to future buildings on the property, and that any future deed, when the land is conveyed to another party, the two parcels become one under one deed. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS No discussion.
