13 <br /> JANUARY 16, 1979 <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Unemployment procedure <br /> Councilman Irsfeld stated that the city would be obilgated to pickup <br /> the cost, at a maximum of 26 weeks. Work to be absorbed by the Clerk's <br /> office. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to notify the <br /> Police Department Secretary that, effective February 16, <br /> 1979, her services are terminated with the City of Hugo. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, directing the <br /> Clerk/Treasurer to have a person enrolled in the BCA <br /> School to learn the proper coding procedure necessary to <br /> complete work for the City of Hugo. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.2 Letter from Planning Commission <br /> The Planning Commission wishes to retain the option of adding people to <br /> their agenda. They also requested that all correspondence be channeled <br /> through Larry Irsfeld. LaValle felt that if someone had some thoughts <br /> they would like to convey to the Commission, they should have the right <br /> to do it. He stated that there have been some problems with late additions <br /> to the agenda, but there has to be a place for exceptions. Everyone should <br /> learn how to work together. Irsfeld did not want to infringe on how the <br /> Planning Commission runs their meetings. <br /> Fire Dept. - Relief Association <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, listing the officers <br /> for the Fire Department's Relief Association: <br /> Glen Reimer - President <br /> Wally Johnson - Treasurer <br /> Al Ebeling - Secretary <br /> Donald Parsons - Vice President <br /> Trustees: Darrell Granger and James Olson <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> No discussion. <br />
