COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 James Brevis - Special Use Permit <br /> Will be discussed later in the meeting. <br /> 5.2 James Leroux - Mobile Home Permit Renewal <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew <br /> the Mobile Home Permit for James Leroux, 4360 t65th <br /> Street North, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision <br /> D, for a period of ninety days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 A & W Root Beer - Cigarette and Soft Drink License <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a <br /> Cigarette and Soft Drink License to JAYSON KNOPH, A & W <br /> ROOT BEER, 14869 Forest Boulevard, Hugo, Minnesota, in <br /> the amount of ?17.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Shepherd of the Fields Church - Letter of Credit <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to release <br /> the Letter of Credit for Shepherd of the Fields Church. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Mardon Homes - Subdivision <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plan <br /> for Mardon Homes subject to an acceptable perc test for Lot 3, Block 1 . <br /> Mr. Tramm was present, and stated that the perc test has not been <br /> taken because of the weather. LaValle stated that approval cannot . <br /> be given without the perc test. Howard Kuusisto stated that drainage <br /> easements will have to be obtained and included on the hardshell. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table the <br /> request of Mardon Homes for Subdivison until soil and <br /> perc tests are in on Lot 3, Block 1 . The Planning <br /> Commission is to determine the parkland designation, <br /> and drainage easements to be furnished to Howard <br /> Kuusisto. <br />
