COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES 5.1 James Brevis - Special Use Permit Will be discussed later in the meeting. 5.2 James Leroux - Mobile Home Permit Renewal MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for James Leroux, 4360 t65th Street North, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of ninety days. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.3 A & W Root Beer - Cigarette and Soft Drink License MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a Cigarette and Soft Drink License to JAYSON KNOPH, A & W ROOT BEER, 14869 Forest Boulevard, Hugo, Minnesota, in the amount of ?17.00. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.4 Shepherd of the Fields Church - Letter of Credit MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to release the Letter of Credit for Shepherd of the Fields Church. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.5 Mardon Homes - Subdivision The Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plan for Mardon Homes subject to an acceptable perc test for Lot 3, Block 1 . Mr. Tramm was present, and stated that the perc test has not been taken because of the weather. LaValle stated that approval cannot . be given without the perc test. Howard Kuusisto stated that drainage easements will have to be obtained and included on the hardshell. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table the request of Mardon Homes for Subdivison until soil and perc tests are in on Lot 3, Block 1 . The Planning Commission is to determine the parkland designation, and drainage easements to be furnished to Howard Kuusisto.
