FEBRUARY 5, 1979 21 <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, authorizing <br /> the police Chief to purchase a radar at a price not to <br /> exceed $516.00 <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Safety Signs on Oneka Lake Blvd and 157th Street <br /> Police Chief Barth investigated the request for safety signs on the <br /> above mentioned streets, and felt that there was a need for a warn— <br /> ing sign indicating the curve in the road and a suggested speed <br /> reduction to approximately 35 mph. He also felt that a Slow Children <br /> Sign would be in order. <br /> NOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Council— <br /> man Schletty be directed to obtain the safety signs for <br /> Oneka Lake Boulevard and 157th Street, and have same <br /> installed. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.7 Attorney <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his monthly report. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the <br /> City Attorney be directed to send the draft of the re— <br /> lease agreement regarding the Horseshoe Lake matter to <br /> Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Johnson will forward a letter to Richard Hiniker regarding the <br /> status of the Stewart Bogart property. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the <br /> City Attorney proceed with the City of Hugo as a party <br /> to the condemnation in the matter of NSP's proposed <br /> right—of-way. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to set a <br /> Special Meeting of the City Council, in conjunction <br /> with the Planning Commission, Ordinance Committee, <br /> and Dan Koehler, for March 7, 1979, at 7:00 PIS , for <br /> the purpose of review of the proposed Subdivision <br /> Ordinance. <br />
