34 MARCH 19, 1979 <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to table <br /> the request until the meeting of April 2, 1979. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Fred Benson - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Jeff Barbour, representative for Fred Benson, was present, and <br /> stated that the letter of Credit would be forthcoming when their <br /> financial arrangements were in order. He requested that the deadline <br /> of April 1 , 1979, for submittal of the letter of credit be extended. <br /> Spitzer stated that no construction could be started until the city <br /> has the letter of credit, and Barbour concurred. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that Mr. <br /> Fred Benson has until July 1 , 1979, to submit his letter <br /> of credit as required by Iten 11 of the Special Use Per- <br /> mit. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer and Irsfeld <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 Quint Enterprises - Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. John Moore presented the council with a copy of the survey for <br /> the proposed subdivision on 145th Street (Molitor property) . The <br /> two duplexes on the property will be altered to single family dwell- <br /> ings. The Planning Commission recommended approval subject to removal <br /> of the exterior stairway and the center garage. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant ap- <br /> proveal of the Minor Subdivision, including existing <br /> structures, to Quint Enterprises, subject to the following: <br /> 1 . That the exterior stairway on the 70' lot be removed <br /> 2. That the center garage on the GO' lot be removed. <br /> 3. The above conditions should be met within 180 days <br /> from 3/19/79. <br /> No deeds are to be signed until the above mentioned con- <br /> ditions are met. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Mardon Homes - Subdivision <br /> Mr. Tramm presented the preliminary plan with the required drainage <br /> easements. The plan was submitted to Rice Creek regarding the creek, <br /> and they okayed the 30' easements. <br />
