Irsfeld asked if the high water table had been <br /> determined, and stated that he would like to see the home sites moved <br /> further back. Howard Kuusisto determined that a financial guarantee <br /> in the amount of $55,000.00 to cover construction of the road would <br /> be appropriate. Before preliminary plat approval can be granted, Mr. <br /> Tramm was instructed to provide the city with a copy of the restrictive <br /> covenants, and the most recent tax statement. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to place <br /> Mardon Homes on the agenda for the meeting of April 2, <br /> 1979. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Peloquin, Mallinger. The City Clerk is directed to effect publication forthwith. <br /> 6.3 Meeting date for Subdivision Ordinance <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a <br /> meeting date for April 18, 1979, at 7:00 PM, to further <br /> discuss the proposed Subdivision Ordinance.
