Minutes of the Proceedings of the Hugo City Council Meeting 37 <br /> of APRIL 2, 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MI1UTES <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve <br /> the minutes of March 19, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld a?:c <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve <br /> the General Claims of April 2, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve <br /> the Utility Claims of April 2, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES. ' <br /> ,5.1 Joe Niemczvk - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Mr. Joe <br /> Niemczyk' s Mobile Home Permit at 7666 170th Street N. , <br /> be extended for 90 days, inder Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision D. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> .2 Richard Genrich - Special Use Permit <br /> Genrich and Zimmerman were present, and submitted a plan showing <br /> a driveway off of 130th Street to the property. i'ir. Zimmerman <br /> stated that part of the operation would be on the outside of the <br /> building (sawing of wood with circular or chain saw) . The closest <br /> neighbor is 800' from the property. There was some concern expressed <br /> about the possible noise problem. Zimmerman said that the driveway <br /> would utilize a product of Philips Petroleum, where a plastic liner <br /> would be used, and the base would be laid on top of that. Mr. <br /> Zimmerman was instructed to provide the city with a more detailed <br /> description, and a written statement of the exact use, and how the <br /> business is going to be run, so that the Council may implement these <br /> in conjunction with conditions for the permit. <br />
