Possible Driveway Violation <br /> Mr. Reschke works evenings and was unable to attend the meeting. He stated that <br /> he will be rectifying the problem this summer. The Clerk was directed to forward <br /> a copy of the Driveway Ordinance to Mr. Raschke, and ask that he attend a City <br /> Council meeting to explain what is going to be done. <br /> 5.6 j,en Nos.& - Auto Dismantling. License <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Auto Dismantling <br /> License for Mr. Len Noack be renewed until May 3, 1980, with all <br /> previous restrictions to be enforced as determined in the Special <br /> Use Permit. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Noack is to be notified that all cars parked in front of the new fence are <br /> to be removed. <br /> SIGN ORDINANCE <br /> The City Attorney and Council discussed the various changes to be made to the <br /> ordinance as presented. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table the Sign Ordinance <br /> until May 7, 1979. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 15 Richard Vail - Variance <br /> Mr. Vail is requesting a variance to install a septic system 66 2/3' from the <br /> water's edge instead of 100' as indicated in the Ordinance, at 14451 Homestead <br /> Avenue. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a Variance to <br /> Mr. Richard Vail to install a septic system at 66 2/3 ' from water's <br /> edge instead of 100' in accordance with Chapter 320, Subd. G, par- <br /> agraph 4. This variance is to be granted in order to allow owner <br /> reasonable use and enjoyment of his property. <br />
