APRIL 16, 1979 5.,2 Raymond Olson - Renew of Mobile Home Permit MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for Raymond Olson, 7800 132nd Street North, under Chapter 40 Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.3 Paul R,nchke -. Possible Driveway Violation Mr. Reschke works evenings and was unable to attend the meeting. He stated that he will be rectifying the problem this summer. The Clerk was directed to forward a copy of the Driveway Ordinance to Mr. Raschke, and ask that he attend a City Council meeting to explain what is going to be done. 5.6 j,en Nos.& - Auto Dismantling. License MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Auto Dismantling License for Mr. Len Noack be renewed until May 3, 1980, with all previous restrictions to be enforced as determined in the Special Use Permit. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED Mr. Noack is to be notified that all cars parked in front of the new fence are to be removed. SIGN ORDINANCE The City Attorney and Council discussed the various changes to be made to the ordinance as presented. MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table the Sign Ordinance until May 7, 1979. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 15 Richard Vail - Variance Mr. Vail is requesting a variance to install a septic system 66 2/3' from the water's edge instead of 100' as indicated in the Ordinance, at 14451 Homestead Avenue. MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a Variance to Mr. Richard Vail to install a septic system at 66 2/3 ' from water's edge instead of 100' in accordance with Chapter 320, Subd. G, par- agraph 4. This variance is to be granted in order to allow owner reasonable use and enjoyment of his property.
