MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF 53 <br /> NAY 7, 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order by eating Mayor, Dan Spitzer, at 7:00PM. <br /> rtt ai i : Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> ABSENT: LaValle <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of <br /> APRIL 16, 1979, after the following change is made: <br /> Page 1 (3.0) add the following contributors: <br /> Regal Plastics — $25.00 <br /> Norman Hill — $25.00 <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the General Claims <br /> of May 7, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims of May 7, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5,1 Larry Ehret <br /> Mr. Spitzes* presented Larry Ehret with a plaque stating appreciation for the years <br /> of service donated the Hugo's Planning Commission. <br /> 5.2 Anderson Audit Report <br /> Mr. Anderson and Mr. Jim Tracy were present at the meeting and reviewed the audit <br /> as submitted. The Council had no problem with the report. <br /> 5.4 Brune Myhre — Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Myhre is requesting permission to construct a 36 x 72 pole barn in the RRII zone. <br /> The building will be used for horses and storage. <br />
