MAY 7, 1979 <br /> BurcebeN;Con t <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to grant approval of the <br /> Special Use Permit for Bruce Myhre, 12922 Irish Avenue, to construct <br /> a 36 x 72 pole barn, as indicated on the site plan. The building <br /> to be used for private storage only, and no part of the building <br /> shall be rented for any purpose. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6 Hua^o Lions Blub - Non-intoxicating Liquor and Soft Drink License <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to grant a NON-INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR AND SOFT DRINK LICENSE to the Hugo Lions Club in conjunction <br /> with Hugo's Good Neighbor Days. Licenses amounted to $20.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 9.3 Ann Fasnhinabauer - Discussion on. SUP issued to Thomas Zimmerman <br /> Mrs. Faschingbauer wanted to know if neighbors were supposed to receive a notice <br /> that the City Council had approved the issuance of the permit. Spitzer stated that <br /> residents within 300' of the property in question were to be notified of the public <br /> hearing, and that all City Council agendas were posted. Mrs. Faschingbauer was <br /> concerned that the council had not agreed with the Planning Commission's recom- <br /> mendation for denial. Mrs. Steinkraus, 12821 Goodview Avenue, requested to go on <br /> record that she questioned the propriety of Howard Schletty voting or discussing <br /> the matter. <br /> 545 Vern. Pe.opuin - Preliminary Plan Avvroval <br /> Mr. Clark, Clark Development, was present, and submitted his site plan for construc- <br /> tion of a building on Lot 1, Block 5, in the Peloquin Industrial Park. Mr. Peloquin <br /> stated that Fur Avenue would be constructed this summer. Spitzer stated that a <br /> final plat would be required prior to any building in the park, and the roads had <br /> to be in or bonded for. lots where percolationtests have alre <br /> ady{been taken, ' <br /> hay have to be reperced depending on the time factor and location of the building <br /> to be constructed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion seconded by Vail, to grant approval of the Pre- <br /> liminary Plan for the subdivision in the Peloquin Industrial Park, <br /> subject to plans aa submitted. Restrictions on the sale or develop- <br /> ment of Lot 2, Block 2, Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, and Lots 6 and 7, Block <br /> 3, until a suitable pert test is provided or future sewer system is <br /> available. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 542_.212mas Hoffman - Not addressed <br />
