MAY 21 , 1979 65 <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a <br /> Special Meeting of the City Council for May 31 , 1979, <br /> 7:00 PM, to further discuss the proposed Subdivision <br /> Ordinance. Meeting to be held in conjunction with the <br /> Ordinance Committee and Planning Commission. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.0 New Business <br /> Mike McAllister was present, commenting on the color of the new lavatory <br /> facility. If the Council was interested in having the entire complex <br /> painted this summer, he would hold off on painting over the lavatory. <br /> It was the concensus of the Council that they would like to see the <br /> entire building painted this summer. McAllister was instructed to sub- <br /> mit a bill from OMG Construction, in the amount of $80.00, to cover a <br /> cost overrun. <br /> 8.1 Set date to discuss Police Contract <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to set a Special <br /> Meeting of the City Council for May 30, 1979, .7:00 PM, <br /> to discuss the Police Contract. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 8.2 Washington County Highway Contract <br /> This matter will be discussed at the meeting of June 4, 1979. <br /> 80 Planning Commission reauest to petition DOT <br /> The City Clerk instructed to check on the possibility of obtaining <br /> grant money to have measures taken to prevent railroad crossing accidents. <br /> ORDINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to accept the <br /> resignation of Linda Gerten from the Ordinance Committee. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to appoint <br /> Ken Lorch, 13608 Homestead Avenue, as a member of the <br /> Ordinance Committee. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
