Attorney <br /> Johnson stated in the Building ()ode - Section 40. Mrs. Peltier was to <br /> be notified that she should notify the Building Inspector at which <br /> meeting this matter will most probably be discussed. <br /> Mrs. Peltier is also to be notified to make as part of the Driveway <br /> Permit the following: Grant city necessary access to the property on <br /> which the driveway would be built in order to construct the driveway. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to obtain a copy of Forest Lake's Sub- <br /> division Ordinance for the Ordinance Committee. <br /> 9.0 Clerk <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to accept the <br /> resignation of Virgil Ekbom as Heating Inspector for <br /> the City of Hugo. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> The permit form Rice Creek in regard to the Brevig dike has been received. <br /> Councilman Schletty will attempt to find someone to do the work, along <br /> with a letter of intent. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City <br /> Clerk notify Washington County Library that they have <br /> permission to use City Hall on A'Ui eT 13, 1979, from <br /> 6:00-6:45 PM, as requested. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schietty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to appoint <br /> Peter Kluegel as Heating Inspector for the City of Hugo. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schietty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
