MAY 21 , 1979 67 <br /> Mr. John Moore submitted a bill to the city for hooking up to sewer <br /> at 6020 Oneka Lake Blvd. He stated that the actual hookup was at 14' , <br /> and it was supposed to be at 11 ' . The Clerk was instructed to send the <br /> bill back to John Moore. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that adjust- <br /> ments were made to the following parcels at the Board <br /> of Review held May 8, 1979: <br /> Parcel No. 93023-2855 <br /> Parcel No. 35020-0020 <br /> Parcel No. 93007-2705 <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The city received a notice from the Minnesota Department of Health re- <br /> garding violations at the MR Tourist Camp. The City Clerk is to make <br /> sure the city is informed as to the outcome of the hearing. <br /> The City Attorney has received correspondence in regard to the Rehbein <br /> matter. The stipulations did not address the city's zoning require- <br /> ments. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City <br /> Attorney work out modifications to the stipulations re- <br /> garding the Rehbein matter. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Attorney Johnson has been in contact with Preston's attorney, Jack <br /> Wallace, regarding the NSP matter. A 300' easement will have to be <br /> obtained form Preston. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, directing the <br /> City Attorney to meet with Jack Wallace and NSP, and see <br /> what sort of arrangement can be worked out that would pro- <br /> vide the city with the Preston easement and provide us with <br /> a 10 acre parcel. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to adjourn at <br /> 9:50 PM. <br /> All aye.
