The work to be done will involve only the in- <br /> terior of the building which must meet with approval of the Health <br /> Board. The parking area is already blacktopped, and Mr. Granger will <br /> be marking the lot for parking spaces. Mr. Granger was also instructed <br /> to clearly mark the entrance on Highway 61 , and the exit on 148th Street. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a <br /> Special Use Permit to Ronald Granger to alter his plumbing <br /> building at 14849 Forest Blvd., to a restaurant as per <br /> submitted site plan. Special Use Permit addresses itself <br /> to only Lot A, as detailed in the Site Plan. Conditions <br /> of permit as follows: <br /> 1 . Entrance to parking lot will be off Highway 61 and <br /> the exit onto 148th Street. <br /> 2. The City recognizes the existing driveway as detailed <br /> on sketch plan. <br /> 3. The property owner is to provide appropriate screen- <br /> ing on the easterly border of the property, either <br /> by vegetation or fencing, if directed to do so. <br /> 4. Proof of appropriate screening should be filed by <br /> 12/31/79. <br />
