VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED '.4 Fischer Construction - Mining Permit Howard Kuusisto reported that haul route Irish Avenue was in need of patching of the blacktopped area. Mr. Fischer has agreed to satisfy this request. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to authorize re- newal of the Mining Permit for Fischer Construction un- til June 30, 1980, after updated letter of credit and certificate of insurance is provided to the City. Also subject to the previously stated conditions, with the addition of Item 12 - That Mr. Fischer will restore Irish Avenue to the satisfaction of the City Engineer within the term of the renewal. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5 Richard Schuh - Mining Permit Howard Kuusisto reported that haul routes Irish Avenue and 152nd Street are in need of gravel. Mr. Schuh has agreed to satisfy this request. MOTION: Snhletty made. motion,' seconded by Irsfeld,• to authorize renewal of the Mining Permit for Richard Schuh until June 30, 1980, after updated letter of credit, bond, and certificate of insurance is provided to the City. Also subject to the previously stated conditions, except that Item 7 be changed to a $25,000.00 bond and a $10,000.00 letter of credit. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.6 I,aVina Duraine - Special Use Permit MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Special Use Permit for I,av4.na Duraine until June 30, 1980, subject to the conditions as previously stated.
