The <br /> Clerk was directed to find the cost for special pickup for a dumpster <br /> and barrels. <br /> RESOLUTION 1979-47 <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to adopt <br /> RESOLUTION 1979-47, A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO A <br /> COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE <br /> OF MINNESOTA. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> RESOLUTION 1979-48 <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt <br /> RESOLUTION 1979-48, A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING <br /> BODY AMENDING THE ORIGINAL GRANT AGREEMENT FOR 1976-77 <br /> AND REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> TO APPROVE THE AWARD OF THE 1978-79 LOCAL PLANNING <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDS AS PER THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> ADOPTED GUIDELINES FOR THE APPLICATION, AWARD AND <br /> DISBURSEMENT OF SAID FUNDS AS AUTHORIZED BY PROVISIONS <br /> OF THE METROPOLITAN LAND PLANNING ACT ADOPTED BY THE <br /> STATE LEGISLATURE. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The City received a letter from Washington County Highway Department <br /> regarding difficulties that have been created by utility companies. <br /> They have suggested that Hugo consider the establishment of a Utility <br /> Permit System to maintain proper control of utility locations. This <br /> matter is to be referred to the Ordinance Committee. <br />
