JUNE 4, 1979 <br /> Fire Chief Continued <br /> The Fire Chief stated that the Fire Department was called to an emer- <br /> gency at the trailer court and one of the firemen almost fell off the <br /> truck when they hit the speed bumps. He requested that they be re- <br /> moved or made more gradual. Spitzer directed the City Clerk to contact <br /> Mr. Joe Oman and have him placed on the agenda to discuss traffic pro- <br /> cedures in the park. <br /> Mr. Istvanovich asked- for permission to place limestone on the west <br /> side of the new lavatory facility to be used for parking. The lime- <br /> stone would be hauled on a volunteer basis and the cost for materials <br /> would be approximately $150.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> TONY SCHLOEGL - FARM SITE PLAN <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to place <br /> Tony Schloegl on the agenda. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve <br /> the Farm Site Plan for Tony Schloegl, 15658 Homestead <br /> Avenue, as submitted. <br /> MOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MIKE MCALLISTER <br /> McAllister stated that the building is very near completion (lavatory <br /> facility). He stated that the existing electrical service would work <br /> for the new facility. A separate service was needed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by ,Vail, authorizing <br /> payment of $170.00 to Countryside''Electric for bringing <br /> electrical service to the lavatory facility, as approved <br /> by the Mayor. Payment will be made from the General <br /> Fund, and not part of the project cost. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, authorizing <br /> the City Clerk to pay $188.00 to the general contractor <br /> out of the cost overrun fund. <br /> $108.00 - additional electrical supplies <br /> $ 80.00 - crane work <br /> VOTING FOR:Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />
