JUNE 18, 1979 81 5.8 Tom Zimmerman - Amended Special Use Permit Mr. Zimmerman is requesting to move in a 24 x 24 garage to be used in his sawmill operation. Because of the expense he is going to incur_as a result of having power brought in to his property, he will be unable to construct the new building as previously proposed. He anticipated that he would be able to construct the building in about two years. LaValle stated that removal of the garage should be made part of the bond requirement. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to change the Special Use Permit for Thomas .Zimmerman to read as follows: 1 . That a 24 x 24 garage be allowed to be placed on the property not to exceed two years from the date of the Special Use Permit. At that time, the building to be constructed in accords-me with the plans submitted and so positioned relative to perc test that a valid building Permit can be obtained. 2. Same 3. Same 4. Same 5. Same 6. Same 7. Permit holder shall provide a bond in the amount of $5,000.00, in favor of the City of Hugo, to guaran- tee compliance with Item 2 and 4 of the Special Use Permit. Bond should also guarantee removal of the 24 x 24 garage within two years of the date of the permit. 8. Same 9. Robert Lundgren - Rezoning Tabled until the meeting of July 2, 1979. .10 Norman Horton - Suto Dismantling License MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant an Auto Dismantling License to Norman Horton, Jr., for a period of one year (June 30, 1980). Subject to the previously stated conditions. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.11 Fred Benson - Rezoning Table until the meeting of July 2, 1979.
