9 4 JULY 16, 1979 <br /> 5.3 RAY OLSON - RENEW OF MOBILE HOME PERMIT <br /> Mr. Olson is now residing in his house, and has the trailer up for <br /> sale. LaValle stated that a letter should be sent to Mr. Olson <br /> stating that his permit expires on July 17, 1979, and that 60 days <br /> is a reasonable length of time in which to have the trailer removed. <br /> 5.4 FOREST LAKE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU <br /> Mr. Tom Oswald was present, and submitted a copy of a Purchase of <br /> service agreement that he would to have approved by the City Council. <br /> He stated that there is a grant available to the Bureau if he can <br /> obtain matching funds. About 7% of the 300 youths to be served live <br /> in Hugo, Most youths are in the 15 - 16 age group, and are not con- <br /> tent at home or at school. SCHLETTY ARRIVED AT 7:10 PM. Their primary <br /> service rendered is for counseling. LaValle stated that the services <br /> are limited to the Forest Lake School District, and Hugo covers four <br /> districts. The bureau is looking for a commitment of $2,000.00 from <br /> the City. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the <br /> City Clerk be directed to notify the White Bear and <br /> Forest Lake Youth Service Bureaus to make a presenta- <br /> tion at the City Council meeting of August 6, 1979, <br /> relative to their request for funding in 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 JEROME JESSEN - PETITION FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT <br /> Mr. Jessen is proposing to construct a log home at Henna and 132nd <br /> Street. He is not ready to obtain a Building Permit at this time. <br /> Tom Crever has already approved a perc test for the property. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Mr. <br /> Jerome Jessen be granted a Temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> subject to the condition that an irrevocable Letter of <br /> Credit, in the amount of $5,000.00, made in favor of <br /> the city, be filed. Letter of Credit to be held in <br /> lieu of Building Permit, which must be pulled within <br /> 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 JOHN JUNGMANN - NUISANCE COMPLAINT (MR TOURIST CAMP) <br /> The City has received a formal complaint from John Jungman and William <br /> Leko regarding numerous violations at the MR Tourist Camp. The Health <br /> Department has inspected the area and listed their findings in a letter - <br /> dated June 4, 1979. To date, no corrections have been made. <br />
