95 <br /> JULY 16, 1979 <br /> John Jungman - Con't. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, directing <br /> the City Clerk to send a registered letter to the State <br /> Health Department, requesting that a representative be <br /> present at the City Council Meeting of August 6, to dis- <br /> cuss violations at the MR Tourist Camp. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the <br /> Police Department be directed to visit the MR Tourist <br /> Camp and investigate the possible violations of the <br /> Nuisance Ordinance, in particular: <br /> 1 . Unrestrained domestic animals - dogs <br /> 2. Abandoned tires and cars, and <br /> 3. Lack of adequate sanitary sewer facilities. <br /> The City Council would also like an accurate count of <br /> the Mobile Homes permanently placed on the premises. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.7 SHEPHERD OF THE FIELDS - STREET LIGHTS <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that NSP be <br /> notified that the City Council authorizes the installa- <br /> tion of three street lights at the following locations: <br /> 1 . Mid-block location by Shepherd of the Fields <br /> 2. Intersection of 148th Street and Geneva Avenue <br /> 3. Intersection of Oneka Lake Blvd. and Geneva Avenue <br /> in accordance with NSP's letter of December 18, 1978. <br /> Howard Kuusisto directed to attempt to have these lights <br /> be sodium vapor lights. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table the <br /> requests of Leroy and Louren McCullough and Clyde Rehbein <br /> until all requested information is provided. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
