9 8 JULY 16, 1979 <br /> NORTHWESTERN BELL <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, authorizing <br /> approval of Northwestern Bell's Job Orders 49861 and <br /> 65181 , pursuant to City Engineer's recommendations. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle , Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The City received a letter from Rice Creek Watershed regarding the <br /> septic system at 14451 Homestead Avenue. They stated that an after <br /> the fact permit application is required from the property owner for <br /> installation of an individual sewage treatment system. They also re- <br /> quested copies of the exhibittJ used for basis of approval of this <br /> system be forwarded to the Board of Managers for review. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, directing the <br /> City Clerk to notify the property owner that a sewage <br /> permit is required. The Building Inspector and/or <br /> Plumbing Inspector requested to forward the necessary <br /> information to the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adjourn at <br /> 9:40 PM. <br /> All aye.
