102 AUGUST 6, 1979 <br /> White Bear & Forest Lake Youth Service Bureaus Continued <br /> Ms. Lynn Barnes, representative for the White Bear Lake Community <br /> Counseling Service, stated that they devote about 25% of their ser- <br /> vices to Washington County. White Bear is requesting funding in the <br /> amount of $1 ,000.00 <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City <br /> Council will commit to the budget for 1980 the amount <br /> of $3,000.00 in support of the youth and family service <br /> bureaus serving our area,in particular, 2/3 ' of the <br /> amount to be allocated to the Forest Lake Youth Service <br /> Bureau and the balance to the White Bear Lake Community <br /> Counseling Service. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the <br /> Mayor direct the City Clerk to notify both agencies of <br /> the commitment in the previous motion. <br /> NOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Richard Pillard - 3.95 Acres in Hugo added to land in Grant <br /> township for a Building Site <br /> Mrs. Pillard was present, and stated that they own 20 acres, and would <br /> like to give their daughter 5 acres on which to build a house. The <br /> house would be constructed on the land in Grant Township. Attorney <br /> Johnson stated that a restriction should be placed on the deed stating <br /> that the land in Hugo cannot be built on. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, that the Pillards' <br /> be allowed to transfer 3.95 acres in Hugo as a portion of <br /> a lot of minimum size 5 acres, balance of property lying <br /> in Grant Township. Such transfer is authorized only if: <br /> 1 . A full and complete legal description be provided by <br /> the surveyor to the city. <br /> 2. A deed restruction stating that the land in Hugo not <br /> be built on, which meets whith the approval of the <br /> City Attorney, be filed concurrent with the transfer <br /> of title in Washington County. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
