AUGUST 6, 1979 107, <br /> Clerk cont. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schietty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTIO ;: LaValle made notion, seconded by Spitzer, to set a Special <br /> Meeting of the Hugo City Council for August 27, 1979, at 7:00 PM, <br /> to discuss the Police Contract. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schietty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, authorizing the City to <br /> spend $283.00 to purchase new files. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Schietty made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to extend the meeting past <br /> 11:00 P.M. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to authorize Mike McAllister to <br /> purchase paint for the repainting of City Hall, the new lavatory, and the <br /> pump house for a cost not to exceed $600.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schietty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Officer Klarich has received a call from the Washington County CETA office, and they want <br /> to discuss his plans and the city's, when his contract expires in September. LaValle state. <br /> that the Police Budget did not include a salary for Klarich through 1979. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City of Hugo agrees to <br /> employ Officer Jeff Klarich from the end of the present CETA contract <br /> until the end of the year 1979, under his present capacity. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schietty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to adjourn at 11:20 P.M. <br /> All aye.
