126 <br /> SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 <br /> 5.9 Clyde Rehbein - Rezoning <br /> Mr. Rehbein, CR Investments, is requesting a rezoning of his property at 15587 <br /> Forest Boulevard from RB to Industrial. This matter had been discussed previously, <br /> but the required proof of ownership was not in order. An updated proof of ownership <br /> had been submitted, and approved by Attorney Johnson. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to adopt Ordinance 163, <br /> an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to rezone property known <br /> as C.R. Investment, Inc. , from Retail Business to Industrial. <br /> Legal description from Washington County to be used for publication. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Occupant 8478 - 147th Street - Disposing of diseased trees <br /> Mr. NOrm Danner, 8478 147th Street and Andy Goiffon, 8124 147th Street, have <br /> granted Haines Tree Removal permission to dispose of diseased trees on their <br /> property. This is in violation of Chapter 80-11, because no permit had been sub- <br /> mitted by the Tree Inspector. The trees will be used solely by the property <br /> owners for firewood. No Trees will be removed form their property. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Mr. Charles Beach be <br /> notified to contact Mr. Norm Danner and Andy Goiffon in regard to <br /> a permit for utilization of diseased elm and oak trees for firewood. <br /> Mr. Beach to consider the City Council's following recommendations <br /> in issuance of the permit: <br /> 1 . That there be no resale of the wood, <br /> 2. No further transporting of the wood of either property <br /> 3. If there is determined infestation of elm trees in the immediate <br /> area, necessary treatment will be accomplished. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Danner and Mr. Goiffon will be responsible for all costs incurred as a result <br /> of the issuance of this permit. Mr. Beach charges $10.00 per hour and 200 a mile. <br /> 5.3 Reset Public Hearing Date for Revenue Sharing <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the public hearing <br /> for Revenue Sharing be set for October 1 , 1979, at 7:30 P. M. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
