Err <br /> SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 <br /> 5.1 Paul Hasecuster - Variance <br /> Mr. Hasecuster, 12670 Ingersoll Avenue, has requested a variance to construct a <br /> 22 x 28 garage 20' from the right-of-way of Ingersoll. The Zoning Ordinance dic- <br /> tates a 40' setback requirement. His present drainfield is not functioning, so <br /> he would like the additional land to remedy that problem. HIs present tuck-under <br /> garage will be made into living space. Schletty felt that granting of the variance <br /> could become a problem when Ingersoll Avenue is reconstructed. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve Variance request <br /> of Mr. Paul Hasecuster, 12670 INgersoll Avenue, to locate his garage <br /> not less than 20' from Ingersoll Avenue, for the purpose of providing <br /> adequate area for operation of drainfield to accomplish the topography <br /> associated with the property. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 George Crockett - Variance <br /> Mr. Crockett is requesting to construct a garage 3i' from the property line <br /> (5' required) . The Planning Commission recommended denial because of no undue <br /> hardship on the property owner and more land available. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to deny the request of <br /> George Crockett for a variance to construct a garage 3i' from property <br /> line (5' required) on the grounds that no proper grounds for a <br /> variance here exist. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: LaValle and Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Release Letter of Credit - Grace Development (Sewer hookup <br /> The sewer hookup has been made at 5927 Egg Lake Road, and the Plumbing Inspector <br /> has signed off on the permit. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the Letter of Credit, <br /> in the amount of $2,000.00, form Grace Development to insure sewer <br /> hookup at 5927 Egg Lake Road be released. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaVAlle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Letter of Credit - Grace Development (parking lot} <br /> The Letter of Credit covering the parking lot in the Bald Eagle Industrial <br /> Park will expire on October 1 , 1979. No comments were available from the City <br /> Engineer. <br />
