151 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 5, 1979 • The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 P.M. PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of October 15, 1979, after the following change has been made: Page 2 (Stoltzman) motion should read - for personal storage VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of October 30, 1979, as submitted. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spit zer , to approve the General Claims for November 5, 1979, as submitted. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES 5.1 Greg Stankey - Temporary Mobile Home Permit Mr. Stankey's request for a temporary mobile home was approved by the Planning Commission on June 14, 1978. The City Council had requested that a perc test for the property located at 17385 Forest Boulevard be presented. Mr. Stankey stated that the water table was too high so a mound type system would have to be installed. He stated that Tom Crever had already given a verbal approval for the system. Kuusisto reviewed the plans submitted, and stated that the fill would have to set for awhile or artificial compaction would solve the immediate problem. Mr. Stankey will ultimately be constructing an office building on the property. MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant Mr. Greg Stankey a temporary Mobile HOme Permit at 17385 Forest Boulevard, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision B, for a period of ninty days. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail VOTING AGAINST: Schletty MOTION CARRIED
